How can we help?

What is the difference between SoundSend Player and Universal Audio?

SoundSend Player is the interactive SoundSend experience intended for recipients who use SoundSend. Universal Audio sends a standard audio message when broader compatibility is needed. Availability and exact presentation can depend on the released app and Apple Messages.

Why will a sound not play?

Confirm that device volume is audible, Silent Mode and Focus settings are appropriate for the moment, and the sound has finished downloading. If the item came from a SoundPack, open the pack and confirm it is installed. If a personal upload is still processing or syncing, keep SoundSend open briefly and try again.

Why did an import or personal upload fail?

Confirm that the selected file is a supported short audio file and that the device has a working connection for cloud-backed upload. Avoid renaming only the extension of an unsupported file. If the app displays a specific limit or format message, follow that message; this website does not invent limits that the released app has not finalized.

I cannot sign in. What should I check?

Confirm the email or sign-in method you originally used, check the connection, and retry after closing and reopening SoundSend. Use only recovery options shown in the released app. If no recovery option is available, contact support with the error message, app version, and iOS version—never send a password or authentication code.

How do I install a SoundPack?

Open SoundDiscover, choose an available official SoundPack, and use the installation control shown in the app. Keep SoundSend open until the pack reports that it is installed. Installed sounds should then be available for local playback and organization in supported SoundBoards.

How do I remove and reinstall a SoundBoard?

Use the board or pack management controls available in the released app. Before removing a personal board, confirm whether the app says the action removes only the board arrangement or also affects its sounds. Reinstall official content from SoundDiscover when the pack provides that option.

Are my personal uploads public?

No. Personal uploads are not automatically public. Public publishing, if available, is a separate action with a distinct audience. Review the in-app publishing state before sharing and read the draft Privacy Policy for the intended launch treatment.

How do I delete my account or uploaded data?

The verified account-deletion path must be documented before launch. Use any deletion control shown in the released app. If the app does not show one, contact the privacy address listed below.
